Located in the heart of Munich, Germany, our law firm, currently with 23 attorneys at law, was founded by Walter Labbé in 1977.
On a Germany-wide scale, we consult and represent mainly property owners in all law and business matters related to the use, acquisition and sale of real estate.
Our law firm mainly focuses on providing support for our clients in connection with state-funded infrastructure institutions, private and commercial settlements, etc.
23 attorneys at law – seven specialized in administrative law –, and one certified engineer as expert for evaluation matters are at our clients’ disposal when it comes to securing and asserting their rights and interests.
In the past few years, our attorneys at law have increasingly dedicated themselves to the development of real-estate projects, particularly to schemes for identifying and developing building land, and providing consulting services to both private and public construction ventures.
