• Executing and enforcing urban-development contracts of any type and neighbor-law agreements in urban restoration and development measures
   
• Consulting and representing neighbors and citizen initiatives in warding off private and public projects
   
• Consulting and representing clients in connection with issues of environment-protection law and water law, particularly in connection with environment-protection and landscape-protection area regulations, water-protection area regulations and access related to environment-protection law
